Our list of Sacramento’s Top AAPI, Black, Latino Change Makers consists of individuals in the Sacramento area who have transformed communities through leadership, innovation, altruism and style. These individuals stand out as innovative problem-solvers. They find solutions for critical issues in our communities through their respective lines of work.
